As planned under Rwanda-China Alumni Organization (RCAO) 2019 action plan; RCAO steering committee members held a consultative retreat in Bugesera district during of March 29-31, 2019. For every Organization, the retreat is a vital component of the planning process where participants exclusively discuss the future of the organization and states timelines for implementation. The Main aim of the RCAO retreat was to review the achievements of RCAO during the past years and produce the RCAO long-term strategic plan. In addition to this, the steering committee members discussed on the progress of 2019 planned activities and brainstormed measures of fast tracking remaining activities.
